Payment posting is the first line of defense in identifying any payer problems. Our trainers and knowledgeable staff work with a variety of Explanation of Benefits across all payers posting payments, whether manual or electronic. The posted payments are balanced against the bank deposit slips to ensure payments received are reconciled and up to date on a day-to-day basis.
